Return & Pickup Policy – All Sales Final

Thank you for supporting the 2026 North American & Caribbean Taekwondo Championship Official Store.

All merchandise sold through this store is available as pre-order only and will be distributed through on-site event pickup.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, made-for-event nature of merchandise:

• All sales are final

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted

• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully prior to checkout.

Event Pickup Details

All orders must be collected in person during the championship event:

Saturday & Sunday, April 18–19, 2026

Where:
Save Max Sports Centre, Brampton, Ontario, Canada

Merchandise will not be shipped under any circumstances.

Order Collection

• Customers (or a designated representative) must present their order confirmation email at pickup.

• Pickup instructions and booth location details will be shared prior to the event.

Uncollected Orders

Orders not collected during the designated event dates may be forfeited without refund unless otherwise determined by event organizers.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If an item is incorrect or defective, please notify merchandise staff immediately at the pickup location so the issue can be reviewed and addressed on-site.
