1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the 2026 NA&C TKD Championship App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

The App is a free mobile application that provides information about the 2026 North American & Caribbean Taekwon-Do Championship, held on April 18–19, 2026, at Save Max Sports Centre, Brampton, Ontario, Canada. It provides event schedules, venue details, hotel information, competition categories, contact information, sponsor details, and links to the official merchandise store.

3. Use of the App

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use by participants, coaches, spectators, and anyone interested in the championship.

4. No Account Required

The App does not require user registration, login, or the creation of any account. No personal information is collected.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, event schedules, times, and details are subject to change without notice. The App is not a substitute for official communications from the event organizers or the Canadian Taekwon-Do Federation International (CTFI).

6. Third-Party Links

The App contains links to third-party websites including SportData, Shopify, Google Maps, and sponsor websites. These sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Purchases made through the merchandise store are subject to Shopify's terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the event organizers, Peel Taekwon-Do, CTFI, ITF, or their respective sponsors and partners. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Sponsor Content

Sponsor information is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute an endorsement by the event organizers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App developers and event organizers shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. The App is an informational tool only — participation in the championship is subject to the event's own rules and liability waivers.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
