Why isn't the schedule updating?
The schedule in the App is based on data from SportData. For real-time ring-level details, tap the "View Full Ring Schedule" button on the Schedule screen to open the live SportData timetable.

How do I purchase a Visitor Pass?
Tap the "Shop" tab in the bottom navigation to view merchandise and visitor passes. Tap "Buy Now" to be directed to the official online store.

How do I get directions to the venue?
Go to the Venue tab and tap "Open in Google Maps" for directions to Save Max Sports Centre, 1495 Sandalwood Pkwy E, Brampton, ON.

How do I save events to My Schedule?
On the Schedule screen, tap the star icon next to any event you're interested in. Find all your saved events in the "My Schedule" tab.

The App is crashing or not loading. What should I do?
1. Close the App completely and reopen it
2. Check your internet connection (needed for external links)
3. Update the App to the latest version from the App Store or Play Store
4. If the issue persists, contact us using the details above
