Introduction
The 2026 NA&C TKD Championship App ("the App") is built in partnership with Peel Taekwon-Do for the 2026 North American & Caribbean Taekwon-Do Championship held on April 18–19, 2026, at Save Max Sports Centre, Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information.

The App does not require user registration, login, or account creation. We do not collect, store, or process any names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, usage analytics, photos, contacts, or payment information.

Local Data Storage
The App may store favorited schedule items locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to any server and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Third-Party Links
The App contains links to external websites including SportData (www.sportdata.org), Shopify (nacc2026officialshop.myshopify.com), Google Maps, and event sponsor websites. These sites are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.

Phone and Email Links
The App includes tap-to-call phone numbers and tap-to-email addresses for event contacts and sponsors. Tapping these links opens your device's native phone or email app. No call or email data is collected by the App.

Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App does not collect any personal data from any user, no special provisions are necessary.

Since the App does not collect or transmit any personal data, there are no data security risks associated with the use of this App.
